From Shanghai New International Expo Center to the global stage, Oucheng Machinery once again showcased its innovation and dedication to the bakery industry at the 2022 China International Bakery Exhibition (CIBE). Held in a year of renewed momentum and rising demand for automation, the exhibition became a powerful platform for us to reconnect with clients, introduce our upgraded technologies, and explore deeper cooperation across domestic and international markets.

Located at booth 3-F06, our team proudly displayed a wide array of automated bakery and pastry equipment. Among the standout exhibits were our latest fully automatic toast production line, multifunctional bun forming machine, and high-speed tray arranging system—each designed to support bakeries in scaling operations while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency.

This year, the spotlight was firmly on intelligent control systems, sanitary machine design, and customization flexibility—three areas where Oucheng Machinery continues to lead. Visitors were impressed by the clean layout, precise engineering, and live demonstrations, which showed how our machines can easily integrate into a variety of production lines, from traditional Chinese pastries to modern Western baked goods.
