Following our successful debut the previous year, Oucheng Machinery proudly returned to the 2018 China International Bakery Exhibition (CIBE) in Shanghai, one of Asia’s most prestigious and dynamic platforms for the bakery and food processing industry. This year marked another important milestone in our company’s steady growth and evolution as a trusted food machinery manufacturer.

Held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, the 2018 CIBE gathered thousands of visitors, exhibitors, and industry leaders from around the world. For Oucheng Machinery, it was a prime opportunity to not only showcase our expanded product lineup, but also to demonstrate the progress we made in technology, efficiency, and international customer engagement.

Compared to our first exhibition in 2017, our booth in 2018 was larger, more interactive, and better equipped to showcase our latest models of dough sheeters, bun and pastry encrusting machines, and automated production lines. We focused on smart automation, streamlined designs, and tailored machinery solutions for bakery operations of all sizes.

Our machines received enthusiastic feedback from visitors, many of whom were impressed by their stability, precision, and ability to reduce manual labor while boosting output. We had the chance to interact with bakery chain operators, OEM suppliers, food entrepreneurs, and distributors from both China and overseas markets. These conversations gave us deeper insight into what the modern bakery industry truly needs—and what role we can play in shaping its future.

Beyond product demonstrations, the 2018 exhibition also gave us the platform to continue building brand recognition and credibility in the food machinery space. It reaffirmed our belief that quality, innovation, and service are the keys to standing out in a competitive market.
